RESERVATION POLICIES

All rates published on our website www.hotelmisuenosholbox.com are rack rates. That is, they are the maximum rates charged per room during any given period of the year. All our rates include VAT and the Lodging Tax.

All rates, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. For this reason, it is important that those interested in booking contact one of our reservation agents by phone or email at hello@misuenosholbox.com.mx.mx to receive more information on room types, prices, monthly promotions, and discounts (if applicable). You can also receive instructions on how to make your payment. We will also send you this document via email.

All rooms are subject to availability unless the guest has guaranteed their reservation by making a deposit, transfer, or by phone with a credit card. Until this requirement has been met, rooms will be available for sale, and prices and/or promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

To guarantee a room, the payment options are exclusively those indicated below:

  • Credit or debit card data (Visa or Master Card)
  • Payment by electronic transfer or bank deposit.


For deposits and/or bank transfers, guests must notify the reservations department of their payment at least 48 hours prior to their reservation date by email, including a scanned receipt. Additionally, for the reservation to be valid, guests must receive a confirmation email from the hotel. If this is not done 48 hours in advance, the reservation will be subject to availability. One of our representatives will then contact you by phone or email to confirm the transaction has been completed.


Only reservations whose charge has been completed are considered GUARANTEED.

We encourage all those interested in booking rooms to read the Cancellation Policies section carefully BEFORE booking their room.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

Upon completion of the reservation process, both the guest and Hotel Mis Sueños agree to comply with the hotel's internal regulations and to respect and act in accordance with our Reservation and Cancellation Policies.

Mis Sueños Holbox disclaims any liability in the event of any misunderstandings on the part of the guest due to their failure to carefully read this document. This is detailed information we provide to all guests upon confirmation of their reservation.


RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH TRAVEL AGENCIES:

For reservations made through travel agencies such as Best Day, Booking.com, Expedia, Despegar.com, Hotels.com, etc., guests must present the printed receipt corresponding to their reservation to the receptionist.
