CANCELLATION POLICIES
YOU BOOKED THROUGH A TRAVEL AGENCY OR ONLINE:
If you wish to modify or cancel the reservation you made through a travel agency such as Best Day, Booking.com, Despegar.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc., please contact them using the customer service number provided to you when you made your reservation.
YOU BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH MY DREAMS HOLBOX:
If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact one of our reservation agents immediately by phone or email. We suggest you review the Mis sueños Holbox Cancellation Policy section before contacting us.
OUR GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE DESCRIBED BELOW:
- Reservations canceled at least 12 days prior to the reservation date will be exempt from charges AS LONG AS THEY WERE MADE IN CASH. In the event that payment was made by credit card, debit card, deposit, or bank transfer, A 6% BANK FEE WILL APPLY ON THE TOTAL PAYMENT. All refunds will be made via deposit or bank transfer. However, the guest also has the option to modify the date of their reservation WITHOUT PENALTIES, provided they contact us by phone or email AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE THE DATE ON WHICH THE RESERVATION WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED so that we can make the necessary changes. All cancellations or modifications must be confirmed electronically by the hotel to be considered valid. *Restrictions apply. ** Subject to availability.
- Reservations canceled 5 to 11 days prior to the reservation date will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 35% of the total cost of one night's stay. All refunds are made exclusively via bank deposit or electronic transfer. However, guests also have the option to modify their reservation date without penalty, provided they contact us by phone or email at least one day before the original scheduled reservation date so that we can make the necessary changes. All cancellations or modifications must be confirmed electronically by the hotel to be considered valid. *Restrictions apply. ** Subject to availability.
- Reservations canceled 2 to 4 days prior to the reservation date will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 50% of the total cost of one night's stay. All refunds are made exclusively via bank deposit or electronic transfer. However, guests also have the option to modify their reservation date without penalty, provided they contact us by phone or email at least one day before the original scheduled reservation date so we can make the necessary changes. - Reservations canceled one day prior to the reservation date will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total amount of one night's stay. However, guests also have the option to modify their reservation date without penalty, provided they contact us by phone or email at least one day before the original reservation date so we can make the necessary changes. All cancellations or modifications must be confirmed electronically by the hotel to be considered valid. *Restrictions apply. ** Subject to availability.
- All reservations that have not been canceled in advance (no shows) will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the cost equivalent to one night's stay, with no right to change the date of your reservation.
- All reservations may be modified (date, room type, etc.) WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE AS LONG AS THE GUEST INFORMS THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT IN ADVANCE.
Important notes:
All changes related to dates, room type, or number of rooms must be requested in advance.
The new reservation date must not exceed 3 months after the originally reserved date and cannot be changed more than once.
Any changes are subject to availability. Please check with our agents to see if rooms are available for your desired date.
Not applicable during high season, holidays and weekends.
Late check-in time is 10:00 PM Pacific Time.
Refund Policies
A refund will only be issued in the case of errors attributable to HOTEL MIS SUEÑOS HOLBOX, which would be the following cases:
- When a charge has been made that is higher than the charge corresponding to the type of room the guest has booked.
- When the number of nights charged to the guest exceeds the number of nights the guest stayed.
- When in accordance with the Cancellation Policies of Hotel Mis Sueños Holbox the guest is entitled to receive a refund.
- All refunds will be made exclusively by bank deposit or electronic transfer directly to the customer's account. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
- Refunds may take 5 to 15 days to appear on the customer's account statement. If not, please contact our accounting department to verify the status of your refund.
